ALT+K, ALT+H

New FeatureBug Fix

current note (2026-08-29): Alt+I and Alt+R still reload saved panel/cloud configuration. The old Alt+K settings.otml shortcut was removed; that file is now applied automatically in the next game session.
Fixed the ALT+K hotkey in the Account tab of the panel, which was not working.
Added the ALT+H hotkey to reset the HUD and all lootStatistics data in the Alarm tab.
Added a configurable player health threshold in the Alarm tab to trigger the low health alarm.
